Memang teruk betul service skynet. Tengok tiap2 hari pun customer complain yg tak baik tp masih tidak ada improvement. Barang dah sampai di melaka tapi kenapa skynet melaka tidak hantar lagi sampai ke harini? Kenapa la lazada pakai perkhidmatan skynet Delivery is totally worst!! Skynet and lazada I ordered from lazada on 19 December, they said delivered on 28 December from skynet. Until today, I did not get any sofa bed arrived here! I called skynet hq from 27 until today, never pick up the phone.

From lazada, they said problem resolved.. Better bought from lelong, direct seller and trusted seller. From now, I really banned lazada and skynet!!

Bad Service This is the worst services I had ever!!!! Before this skynet is always the fastes one who will delivery my parcel between days, but now its almost 3 weeks my parcel is not yet receive yet!!! And their customer service hotline seems like always busy, I dont know how can I do it anymore!! Bad Services This is the worst services I had ever!!!! My experience in Malaysia is the same. It was a joke to see that the TV can make it to my office but the guy delivering the mounting arm told me my building only has 20 floors so I could not possibly be on the 21st floor.

The amazing thing was how convincing this guy was that my building did not exist! I got it wrong apparently despite us receiving things to the same address every second day. Tracking the package was like watching groundhog day. Each day went out each day back to the depot. In the end they gave up and sent it back to the Lazada seller. Complaining to Lazada was not much help.

In the end I had to reorder the item still have not received the refund. Some people may think I'm crazy but call it morbid curiosity if you like but I want to see just how useless SkyNet is. Can they possibly get this wrong twice?? So far it has been 4 days despite Lazada telling me it will be delivered in 48 hours.

I want to know why Lazada continue a working relationship with SkyNet. I can guarantee that there is some kind of nepotism going on there. Lazada will not be getting any repeat business from me. That's for sure. I purchase something from Lazada on 14 Dec Until today, 21 Dec I still didn't get my parcel.

This is awful. I even tried many times to call ur HQ. Unfortunately, the line is not active. It's even worse, your system mentioned the parcel is delivered. Really, you waste my time waiting for the items that I purchased. Your HQ even replied my email and ask me to check in the management office.

I am so unfortunate this time, waste my time, waste my money. To Lazada, please stop making this company as your partner. You'll lose your customer. In fact, please check all the comments and response previously.

Thank you. TERUK skynet sangat lah teruk Poor customer service from Skynet! My parcel that supposed to be delivered by skynet on 8th Dec , not even reach until today. On 8th Dec , I have received call from Skynet staff for address confirmation and asked for permission to delay the parcel sending just because of there are other urgent delivery at their side.

In fact, I as a customer actually no need to care all this as this none of my business though.
